Terms and Condition, Return and Exchange Policy:
Return:
All perishable items including produce, plants, seedlings are final sale. No returns and exchanges will be accepted for these items.
All hydroponics products (such as aeroponic grow tower, grow kits, water and air pumps) are final sale. No returns and exchanges will be accepted for these items.
Unopened items (excluding defective items) in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days with original receipt only.
Exchange:
Only defective items, subjected to manufacturer’s warranty, will be eligible for refund or exchange.
Shipping:
Any eligible item for return and/or exchange is to be delivered or brought to Krishi Indoor Farm’s physical location at 101, 9331 – 39 Ave. NW, Edmonton, AB, T6E 5T3. Customer is responsible for all expenses related to shipping, customs, duties and/or taxes. Customer is responsible for tracking shipped items that are eligible for return or exchanges. Krishi Indoor Farm will not be liable for any lost and damaged items in process of shipping.
Special Order: No return or exchanges on special order items.
Deposit: Deposits on special orders or for any purposes are non-refundable. Manager’s Approval: All returns and/or exchanges are subject to Manager’s approval.
